A cat has been reunited to his owner 7 years after he went missing. Peter disappeared from his home in Queensland, Australia in 1996, 3 years after he was adopted by Eleanor Pitchag. Seven years later he was found in a nearby district and taken to an animal shelter where he was scanned for a microship. Fotunately, Peter had been microshipped as a kitten by Mrs Pitchag, making it possible for him to be returned home safely. (Courier-Mail)
